DAY 02 HANOI [B/L/-]

Breakfast at hotel.
First discovery of Ha Noi – the capital of the Viet Nam, located in northern region of Vietnam, situated in the Vietnam’s Red River delta, nearly 90 km away from the coastal area
Visit Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and his former residence, One Pillar Pagoda, and Temple of Literature
Enjoy a panoramic cyclo tour through the old quarter followed by a visit of Ngoc Son Temple and Hoan Kiem Lake.
Savor Vietnamese delicacies for lunch at a local restaurant before getting pampered at the hotel.
Drop off at the Thang Long theatre for Water Puppet Show, the unique Vietnamese traditional art. This art originates from rural festivals in Vietnam. The artists-men and women-stand waist-deep in the water to manipulate the puppets, making them move about, talk and laugh and even dance on the surface of the water.

DAY 03 HANOI – HA LONG (PRIVATE JUNK) [B/L/D]

In the morning, drive to Ha Long Bay – a glamorous natural wonder. Sail on board a private junk for two days, experience privileged moments for only two souls and hearts in the middle of the legendary and mystic beauty.
Cruise through thousands of limestone cliffs, islands, visit mysterious caves, go kayaking and swim in the emerald water.
Enjoy a cocktail on the deck while admiring the sunset over breathtaking scenery, followed by a gourmet dinner with fresh seafood on boat or on a beach.

DAY 04 HA LONG – HANOI – HUE [Brunch/D]

Start the day with a Tai Chi exercise program then breakfast is served at your preferred time.
Relax on your private boat and continue exploring the bay until time to return back to the marina.
Transfer to Ha Noi airport for a late afternoon flight to Hue.

DAY 05 HUE – TAM GIANG LAGOON [B/L/-]

Wake up in a meditative atmosphere and join a Tai Chi class in the resort’s garden before have breakfast
Take a boat cruise along the romantic Perfume River to visit Thien Mu Pagoda, one of the oldest ancient architectural structures for religious worship in Hue..
Continuation to visit Minh Mang’s mausoleum located on the left bank of the Huong River, which represents the perfect harmony between nature and architecture.
Lunch at local restaurant.
Afternoon is all about appreciating the way of living of the lagoon. Dip your feet in water to collect clams or ride a boat across the lagoon whilst trying to catch some fish employing traditional techniques. The final stage pays respects to the popular belief surrounding fishermen’s universe that concerns the supreme spirit, ancestors and life after death reflected in the incredibly majestic complex of tombs and temples along the wild beach. Keep wandering and wondering in this impacting “world of the dead” as long as you want or visit a fish sauce producer

DAY 06 HUE – DA NANG – HOI AN [B/L/D]

Visit the splendid Imperial Citadel from where the Nguyen Dynasty ruled between 1802 to 1945 – Royal Palace of 13 Kings of Nguyen Dynasty with Ngo Mon Gate (The Noon Gate), Thai Hoa Palace, The Purple Forbidden City, The Mieu (Dynastic Temple), Hien Lam Pavilion (Pavilion of Splendor), The Nine Dynastic Urns, then stop at Duyet Thi Duong to enjoy the Hue “Ceremonial Court” music show – which is recognized as World Immaterial Cultural Heritage by UNESCO.

Drive to Hoi An across the Hai Van Pass, literally means “cloud and sea” pass. Stop on the summit, and admire the beautiful scenery and stunning landscape of Central Vietnam.
Arrive in Hoi An, check-in at the stylish Almanity, with wellness-journey, making the spa experience part of daily life.

DAY 07 HOI AN – COOKING CLASS – ANCIENT TOWN [B/L/-]

Breakfast at hotel.
Pick up at your hotel and head to the meeting point, Hai Scout Café.
Enjoy a welcome drink.
Visit Hoi An’s colorful market, and experience the amazing sights, sounds and aromas of this busy market, at the same time, interact with the local sellers and purchase some of the ingredients to be used in the cooking lesson later.
Board the boat for a leisure cruise (25 minutes) along the Hoi An River to the Red Bridge Cooking School, a good chance to see some of the local life.
Upon arrival, discover the cooking school’s herb and vegetable garden, before learning about some of Hoi An’s and Vietnam’s well-known dishes. The cooking lesson last about 2 hours – each dish is firstly demonstrated by the Red Bridge chef’s, before you prepare the same dish yourself. Included in the class is a brief introduction to Vietnamese food carving (plate decoration).
After the lesson, sit down and enjoy what you have cooked.
Transfer back to hotel.
In the afternoon, take a walking tour of Hoi An, discover the historic town which used to be a prosperous seaport city during the 16th-18th centuries. Visit Hoi An’s colorful local market, Tan Ky old house, Fukien Assembly Hall, and the 400-year-old Japanese tiled bridge. Travellers can also see local residents raise silkworms and produce silk for Hoi An’s burgeoning textile industry.

DAY 08 HOI AN-DANANG-HO CHI MINH [B/-/D]

Breakfast at hotel.
Transfer to the airport for a late morning flight to Ho Chi Minh City.
Meet our guide and start discovering this dynamic and cosmopolitan city. Discover the colonial area with photo stops at the central Post office, Notre Dame Cathedral and Reunification Palace.
Visit Ben Thanh market, one of the symbols of the city.
Dinner cruise on Sai Gon river.

DAY 09 HO CHI MINH – MEKONG DELTA (BEN TRE) [B/L/-]

After breakfast, head south to Ben Tre province, famous for its coconut production and quiet, peaceful waterways. The Mango Cruise is a locally based operator, committed to offering excursions to the freshest and least touristy corner of the Mekong Delta.
Today, you will experience the local life of the Mekong Delta from various means of transportation (rickshaw ride, rowing boat, and bicycle). Visit some local handicraft workshops, meet friendly local people and listen to their stories. Have lunch at Mango home by the river side. It is time for you to relax and enjoy a 5-course lunch of local specialties. Relax and walk around the garden after lunch, and then visit the nearby house of Mr Hung, who is a famous sticky rice maker in the village. You can also feed his stock of catfish and walk through his fruit garden.
After the visit, the boat will be waiting for you at the pier nearby to bring you back to Ben Tre city where your car will be ready to take you back to Ho Chi Minh City.
Return to Ho Chi Minh for another night and celebrate your last evening in Vietnam.
